Shipping Information for Cowicky Shirts

At Cowicky Shirts, we strive to provide you with the best service possible. Please allow 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped, though it may be sooner. Rest assured, all orders are shipped via USPS from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, we'll email you a tracking number for your convenience.

For delivery within the USA, expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping. If you've paid with an e-check through PayPal, your order will ship only after the payment clears.

If you haven't received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. If it's still not there, feel free to email us with your inquiry. We're here to assist you with any concerns or questions.

Once you have a tracking number, any shipment issues must be handled through the USPS, as they have taken possession of your order. For assistance, contact the USPS directly at usps.com or call (800) 275-8777.

If your shipment is marked as "DELIVERED" but you haven't received it, please reach out to your local post office. Delivery problems are managed solely by the USPS. Contact them for any delivery-related concerns, including damage, theft, or misdeliveries.

We take pride in creating unique items, with each order made to order, resulting in variations in bleach patterns. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your order, please email us. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
